Cancellation Policy

Dint Corporate Housing’s policy in terms of canceling a reservation is strict upon certain conditions and requirements. For extended stays, guests are required to give a 30 day notice that they would like to terminate their reservation in order to receive a full refund. If the guest cancels the reservation within 30 days prior to the day they will be checking in, then the first month of the reservation will not be refunded. If the guest decides to vacate the property during their stay and go elsewhere, the guest will not receive a full refund and will be held accountable to pay for their original booking.

If Dint Corporate Housing determines that the guest suffered a travel issue, a refund will be issued back to the guest. Examples of related travel issues include limitations due to weather conditions. If weather problems are causing the guest to cancel or delay the trip, you will receive a refund.

No-show Policy

If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
