How does Dint Corporate Housing Provide Furnished Apartments
We take leases on premium residential apartments, add our signature furnishings and services, and essentially sublet the apartment units to our guests. Dint Corproate Housing offers corporate housing/ furnished apartments throughout the United States and Mexico. We can find you what you need - not push you into our standing inventory. We source homes, apartments and condos so that you can live how you need to live!
Do you work with individuals as well as companies?
We work with individuals and business travelers from corporations who are looking for extended stays and fully furnished corporate apartments.
What is included in a full service accommodation?
A full service accommodation includes the following: a fully furnished apartment with an equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, internet, smart TV and all utilities.
What is the check-in process?
A member from our team will reach out to you after you make your reservation. We will explain in complete detail all the instructions necessary for check in. Guests will receive an email, message or phone call from one of our team members to follow up with the directions for checking in.
What is included in a corporate apartment?
Our apartments are completely furnished and include linens and towels, internet, smart tv and houseware items.
Is parking included in the rental?
Each building is different, depending on location and city. If you are a guest that is on an extended stay, you can request parking and it is an additional fee. You can contact one of our team members to ask them about parking at the property you made the reservation for.
I’d like to invite a guest over, is this okay?
Overnight guests are not allowed as this is standard policy.

You should contact one of our team members at 877 589 4562 right away. If they do not answer the phone, you should send a text message or email to follow through with a quick response time.
I would like to extend my stay, who should I call?
You should contact a Dint Corporate Housing team member, to see if the apartment is available. They will let you know whether or not we can accommodate you for additional days. We will make every possible effort to accommodate your extension.
What is NOT covered under the housing package?
Long distance telephone calls, premium cable channels, pay-per-view movies, and damages are not covered under your housing package. All damages and incidentals are the responsibility of the intern.
Where are Dint Corporate Housing apartments located?
Our apartments are located nationwide and in Mexico, including major cities such as Chicago and Los Angeles. Whether you prefer to be in the business district or stay downtown we can find an accommodation for you.
What amenities do your apartments offer?
The community amenities differ by location. All of our apartments in the Chicago buildings have a 24hr fitness center, a pool, lounge and game room as well as a concierge. What are your rates?
Depending on the location, length of stay, and the overall time of year, our rates vary. We work closely with our guests regarding their requests to ensure the best possible service is given.
What is included in my rate?
When you make your reservation, you will be paying for a fully furnished apartment that is all inclusive. Included in your rate will be a one time cleaning fee for check out, and taxes that apply in certain states.
What is the payment procedure?
Payment is due in advance or on a monthly basis depending on the length of your reservation.
What form of payment does Dint Corporate Housing accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, wire transfers and Company checks.
Do I have to set up any utilities?
No, all utilities are included and responsible by Dint Corporate Housing.
Is housekeeping provided?
If you would like to have your apartment cleaned while you are staying with us, cleaning service is available for an additional fee depending on the size of the apartment. You can contact one of our team members to set up your apartment to be cleaned.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Our typical minimum length of stay is 30 days. However, we do offer shorter stays depending on the season as well as availability. Ask a Dint Corporate Housing team member for more details.
What size apartments do you have?
Our apartments come in various sizes and styles such as studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms. Some units have balconies and dens. If you have any special requirements, please discuss with us so that we can find the right fit for you.
What upgrades or additional services can you provide?
Our goal is to make your stay the best possible experience for you. Let us know what is going to make your stay special and we will try to accommodate you accordingly.
What are check out instructions?
Check out time is before 11am. Check out instructions will be given to the guests via message or email from one of our team members.
Does Dint Corporate Housing offer pet friendly accommodations?
Yes, most of our apartments are pet friendly. However, every location and property is different depending on the rules and regulations of the building. Therefore, we ask that you inform us in advance if you will be bringing a pet along as there are fees are rules that must be explained.
How does Dint Corporate Housing feel about service dogs?
Dint Corporate Housing is pet friendly. However, it is important to understand the difference between therapy dogs, service dogs and emotional support dogs. A service dog and emotional support dog are therapeutic to its disabled owner. They are specifically trained to directly help their owner. Service and emotional support dogs have the right to go anywhere and live in housing even if pets aren’t allowed or specific breeds are not permitted. Therapy dogs do not provide direct assistance to their owners, nor do they have legal rights to access public areas or travel everywhere. Additionally, the American Disabilities Act does not apply to Therapy Dogs.
